"The Jewish Assumption" is a series of articles discussing the fact that we all approach the Bible with base assumptions. I will suggest that adding a Jewish "bias" back into our interpetive mix is entirely Biblical and adds richness and depth to our scriptural understanding like adding color to a black and white photograph. "The Gentile Assumption" is a series of articles which examines how Greco/Roman cultural assimilation in the Church has impacted the way we perceive ourselves as "Christians." The Passion Week Table of Contents "The Passion Week" is an in-depth study of the last week of Jesus earthly ministry. We will examine the different chronological approaches with emphasis on how Jesus fulfilled prophesy at this time. |
